The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants, the rooms were spacious and clean, but lacked a microwave, and the customer service was exceptional, although there was an issue with the TV in the room.
The hotel room was enormous and very comfortable, but it was a bit loud due to our late arrival after a long drive. The location was convenient right off the interstate with plenty of nearby restaurants and stores, yet not all perfect for a peaceful stay.
However, the service was quite disappointing as the manager seemed cold and unaccommodating, failing to inform about charges. The location, while close to UF and amenities, was marred by construction noise. The dining experience fell short with reheated food. Despite these issues, the spacious rooms and good location can make it an option for some travelers.
The hotel was close to all the restaurants and the customer service was great. However, the room had a slight unpleasant odor like urine.
After a long six-hour drive around 11:30 pm to our room, although a weird smell greeted us when we first opened the door, it disappeared once we turned on the AC. The room had practically everything I needed - a nice King bed and even a pull-out couch.
Upon arriving at the hotel, I noticed it was a bit muggy, situated right outside of the staging area after making such an early appointment at 3:30 am. However, the service was friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The location was great, with a few nice restaurants nearby, although it was a bit difficult to get to from I-75. The dining experience was a good perk, despite having to pay for it. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with some minor inconveniences.
